Leggett permits and placement rules
Leggett is unincorporated Mendocino County land. Units on the US-101 or Highway 1 right-of-way need a Caltrans encroachment permit. Units on private campground or resort land do not. A spot on private ground in Leggett keeps you clear of street permits, and our dispatcher can name the right office for your address.
Official source: Caltrans encroachment permits. This is general guidance, not legal advice; confirm with the agency before your event or job starts.

Local tips for renting a porta potty in Leggett
The Highway 1 grade between Westport and Leggett is steep and winding, and large trucks crawl on it, so morning calls get same-day service.
