Privacy Policy
How Terra Porta Rentals handles the information you give us. Last updated October 14, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect the delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and your phone number. When you call, we note your name, address, contact details and booking details.
How the form is sent
Quote forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms passes the form fields to our email; we do not use it for marketing.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Basic server logs may record IP addresses and pages visited for security.
Your choices
Ask us to view, correct or delete your information at any time by calling (707) 360-1810. California residents have rights under the CCPA, and we honor those requests.
