Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment

Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Long-term rentals charge the first 28-day cycle at booking and each later cycle on its start date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. California sales tax is shown on every quote.

Rental periods

An event rental covers drop-off up to the day before the event and pickup the next business day, including Friday-to-Monday for weekend events. Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you request pickup.

Servicing

Rentals of 28-day cycles include one service visit per week on a set weekday. Extra visits are available from $65 each. Event rentals are cleaned and stocked before delivery; on-site service during multi-day events is quoted up front.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are refunded minus the delivery charge. Once a unit is delivered, the event rate or current 28-day cycle is non-refundable. Weather cancellations follow the same timing.

Pickup and stopping billing

Call or text to request pickup. Billing stops on the day you request it, and we collect within 1–2 business days. Please keep the unit accessible until pickup.

Site access and placement

You confirm that the placement spot is on property you are allowed to use, is level and firm, and has truck access. Placement on public streets or sidewalks requires a permit you obtain. If the truck cannot reach the spot, we place the unit at the nearest safe spot or reschedule.

Damage and loss

Normal wear is our cost. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping by occupants, or items dropped in the tank that require special removal, charged at repair or replacement cost.

Late or missed deliveries

If we miss a delivery window, we call before it ends with a new time. You never pay a rush fee for a delivery that ran late.
