Choose a restroom trailer if the venue has a 20-amp outlet within 100 feet and a level spot a truck can back into. Choose deluxe flushing units with sinks for headlands, beaches and meadows without power. Either way, add one wheelchair-accessible unit, because trailers have steps.

How many restrooms does a wedding need?
A 150-guest wedding running 6 hours with a bar needs 6 standard-equivalent units: 3 for the guests, 2 for the long evening and 1 for the bar. One two-stall restroom trailer counts as about 3 units. So that wedding needs 2 trailers, or 1 trailer plus 3 flushing units.

Where do wedding restrooms look best?
Place wedding restrooms 100–200 feet from the ceremony and reception, on a lit path, out of the main photo angles, and downwind of dinner. On coast venues, keep doors away from the afternoon northwest wind. We walk the spot with you or your planner by phone before delivery day.

Can someone stay on site to keep the wedding restrooms clean?
Restroom attendant service is available for weddings with trailers. The attendant restocks paper and soap, wipes counters and keeps a check on the units through the evening. Ask for it when you book so we can schedule staff.
Will the porta potties be delivered before the ceremony setup?
Wedding units are delivered the day before, or the morning of for venues that ask, so they are set before rentals, florists and caterers arrive. Pickup is the next business day.
Do you decorate wedding restrooms?
Trailers arrive with mirrors, lighting and a vanity ready for your own touches. Planners often add flowers, a basket of mints and a small sign. We leave a clean, stocked unit and you add the finishing details.
