How does same-day porta potty delivery work?
Call before late morning with the address, unit type and where it should stand. We check which truck is closest, confirm a drop window while you are on the phone and text when the driver heads out. In Fort Bragg and the nearby coast, same-day delivery costs the same as a scheduled drop.
| Where | Same-day chance | Rush fee |
|---|---|---|
| Fort Bragg, Cleone, Caspar, Mendocino, Little River, Westport, Albion | High | None |
| Comptche, Willits, Philo, Boonville, Elk, Leggett | Good when called in the morning | Usually none |
| Ukiah, Redwood Valley, Laytonville | Good on route days | Quoted first |
| South coast, Lake County, Sonoma, SoHum | On route days only | Quoted first |
What should I have ready for a same-day drop?
Have the full address, the exact spot for the unit, a gate code if there is one, and the name and number of whoever will be on site. Clear a path about 10 feet wide to the spot. If nobody can meet the driver, a photo of the spot by text works.
Questions renters ask
What if my porta potty supplier didn't deliver today?
Call us right away with the job address and crew size. We will check which truck is closest and give you a drop window on the call. Many contractors keep us as a backup for exactly this.
Do you charge an emergency fee for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery inside Fort Bragg and the nearby coast costs the same as a scheduled delivery. A rush trip to a distant town, such as Lake County or Healdsburg, can carry a fee. We tell you that fee before you book, never after.
What if delivery runs behind schedule?
If a same-day drop slips, we call you before the window ends with a new time. If it cannot happen that day, it is first on the next morning's route. You never pay a rush fee for a delivery that ran late.
